Casa Brasa
Casa Brasa cooks everything over one long open fire. The room is warm, loud and full of wood. The name had to be read from a car on the beach road at night.
We drew a heavy, warm letter for the sign and burned the same mark into the wooden menu boards and bread trays. Uniforms are undyed linen with the mark stitched in the colour of embers. Nothing on the table is printed twice the same way.
