Vin Clair

Vin Clair is a narrow wine bistro on a canal corner. It had a beautiful window and nothing on it.

We lettered the window in gold leaf with a sign painter who has worked on the same street for thirty years. Inside, the wine list is a chalk board written every afternoon, and the printed menu is a single folded sheet that fits in a coat pocket.
